Our Story
Founded by Suppiah Muthusamy in 2007, Suppiah & Partners has its roots in humble beginnings. Suppiah’s journey from enforcement officer to lawyer – earning his law degree at 46 – speaks to his perseverance and commitment. After retiring from government service in 2000, he pivoted to law, bringing decades of experience in consumer protection and public service into his own practice.
Today, Suppiah & Partners builds on tradition with a forward-looking practice. Our foundation in integrity, ethical service, and client trust combines with modern expertise across areas like AI & emerging tech, property, litigation, insurance claims, and estate administration.

Founding Partner
Suppiah Muthusamy
Suppiah Muthusamy is the firm’s founding partner and brings with him 23 years of legal experience. He is known among his peers for his integrity, tenacity and steely drive, having obtained his law degree at the age of 49 from the University of Wolverhampton (1997), followed by the Certificate of Legal Practice (1998).
Suppiah brings with him a breadth of experience which include the drafting and vetting of:

Thulasy joined Suppiah & Partners in March 2021, where she focuses primarily on advisory and dispute resolution works involving contracts and claims in the construction and engineering industry, as well as general civil disputes.

From Kuala Lumpur, start on Jalan Raja Laut and head toward Jalan Kuching (Utara). Continue straight along Jalan Kuching and take the exit toward Jalan Tun Razak.
